Our app does not have AI usage. Our web-based helpdesk and sales channel utilize an AI bot for general questions
GPS capabilities - We only use location in Card Connection to find Digital Discount Cards around their location. We don’t store any location data anywhere on our servers.
Email security includes Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Enforced on all vendor employee accounts and systems
We follow software testing processes, backups of our data are performed regularly, and we have a data recovery plan in place

MoneyDolly is secured by an ACM managed SSL certificate and requires TLS 1.2. All data in transit is served over HTTPS from the data source to the client. Data at rest is stored in an AWS RDS Postgres Database that uses a symmetric encryption key. The encryption key is stored and managed by AWS Secrets Manager.
