After years of having to collect cash from students daily (and carrying around as much as $2000-$3000 dollars in my pocket throughout the school day before being able to deposit the money), MoneyDolly was a godsend.
Not having to worry about kids losing cash was a huge relief. Our superintendent and I really liked the accountability of the MoneyDolly app. Every penny is counted for and every order is automatically collected and tracked.
As a coach I was able to keep an eye on each player’s sales and encourage them along the way. The kids really enjoyed the app. They were able to make sales much easier without going door to door. Paperwork is nearly nonexistent. Everything is electronic and easily tracked. Our profit was quickly sent to our club after our fundraiser.
Several teams at our school now use MoneyDolly for their fundraisers and I don’t see any of them going back to the old way.

Convenience of using the app

Fundraiser was contactless
It was easy to use. I was the administrator (coach) that conducted a fundraiser. I liked that it is easy and could use on my phone. My cheer team used it to sell cookie dough for a fundraiser. The fundraiser took place during COVID so the fundraiser was contactless and that was great. Easy to use and as the coach I was able to check sales of each person and motivate accordingly! I did not have any problems with this software.

Easy to sell and keep track
This was my first time using an app to fundraise, and I am happy to say that it was amazing! I was selling cookie dough for volleyball, and the app was very easy to use! It was easy to sell and keep track of who I’ve sold to. Definitely would recommend

The most organized fundraiser
This fundraiser helped kick off my first season as Head Coach. It was extremely easy to keep track and hold everybody accountable. It was very successful and the kids became competitive. It was easy to reach people all over the state. No going door to door, no collecting money, no order forms needed. This was the most organized fundraiser I have been a part of. It was actually a lot of fun.

Completely contactless fundraiser
MoneyDolly gave us a completely contactless fundraiser when we needed it. We had incredible success with no door-to-door selling. I loved being able to share it with so many people so easily. I personally shared my link on Facebook, forgot that I put it there, and the next thing I knew, I had 23 orders! This is the future.

I was skeptical at first, however; That was the easiest fundraiser that we have EVER participated in… Not having to collect a bunch of money was AMAZING!! The girls and I both loved not having to keep track of order forms and using the app was so simple! As a leader I could track the girls’ progress. We were able to enjoy raising money for our club this year! This is definitely the future of fundraising!

Fast and a very fun competition
Overall, it was easy, fast and a very fun competition. I loved how we did a draft pick style to make teams and I also loved how I was able to participate and go in and check how each player was doing in their fundraising. Team names were picked and each team was bumped up and down as sales were being made. I think maybe if there was an option for a chat room between the teams or ways to post videos of progress or to motivate groups during it that would be cool.
How easy it was to oversee the whole site and see where each player was at in their fundraising. There isn’t anything that I didn’t like.

The transition from traditional order form fundraising to using Money Dolly was absolutely seamless. The app was extremely user-friendly for both the leader and the participants.

The drop ship option allowed us to expand our reach and definitely contributed to the success of this year’s beef jerky fundraiser. It was great for participants to be able to see individual order information so they knew who to thank for placing orders! We were thrilled with Money Dolly and look forward to using it again next year!
