Damion is the Founder & CEO of MoneyDolly. Prior to starting MoneyDolly, Damion spent the last 25 years helping teams, schools & organizations raise money while growing multiple companies across the country. He has served in many capacities including Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Senior VP of Sales & President. His passion for enabling groups through fundraising to keep doing what they love is infectious. He has personally led countless fundraisers over the years, assisting groups in reaching their goals.
Doug Smith
President
Doug is the President of MoneyDolly. He has built and managed several high growth companies, three of which have become nationally recognized brand names – HealthRider, inContact and Zerorez. He is currently a church youth group leader, where he has personally led numerous fundraisers in successfully reaching their goals. His expertise for scaling companies is instrumental in the growth and success of MoneyDolly.
Colby Smith
Sales and Marketing
Colby is the Chief Revenue Officer of MoneyDolly. His passion lies in creating innovative solutions for complex challenges. He’s not just a problem-solver; he’s a pattern recognition pro and a people multiplier. Colby brings over a decade of experience in marketing, sales, management, and business development to the table. His dedication and passion to our mission is contagious, making him an invaluable asset to our team.
Justin Ramsey
Development
Justin is the tech wizard behind MoneyDolly’s cutting-edge development, as Chief Technical Officer. With a decade in software development, Justin is all about bringing the power of technology to non-traditionally-tech industries. When he’s not engineering the next big thing for MoneyDolly, you’ll find him on a mission to master Mandarin and learn Chinese characters.
Mark Hall
Finance
Mark is the Chief Financial Officer at MoneyDolly. As a CPA, Mark has held senior roles as Executive Administrator at law firms Kirton & McConkie and VanCott Bagley. His financial expertise extends to the medical device industry as CFO of Vital Access, as well as the eCommerce sector as CFO of Trendline Brands. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mark’s community service shines through various leadership roles.
Jaime Bunton
Operations
Jaime is the Chief Operations Officer at MoneyDolly. With her skilled eye overseeing Operations, Logistics, Personnel, Recruiting, and Customer Service, Jaime keeps the MoneyDolly engine running smoothly. She brings two decades of experience in Administration to the team. When she’s not optimizing MoneyDolly’s operations, Jaime is also a softball coach and a nature enthusiast who loves hiking and spending time on the river.
Jessica Mitchell
Accounting
Jessica is the accounting and payments specialist at MoneyDolly. Hailing from Huson, Montana, she pays meticulous attention to detail and has a deep understanding of financial management and accounting processes. Getting fundraisers paid in a timely manner is the name of the game.
